The owners manual matches the store model but doesn’t match our two bases delivered. I would like to know if there is a remedy or explanation. In all fairness it might be me that is confused. Kimberly in the Lewisville location helped me customize a couch. She was very nice, helpful, and explained everything to me well. I am still waiting on shipping, but I can't wait for my couch.

Quick delivery and friendly service. Delivery and set up was quick and easy. But, please warn people they can not sleep on the mattress for several days due to release of toxic fumes emanating from the mattress.

They are trained to force you to give them the answer they want and it’s not always the truth. If they don’t get it out of you the first time, they will continue to do so. Work/Life balance sucks…if you want a vacation..good luck getting the request off approved early enough. Small company which makes it easy to get access to the top leaders.
