The owners manual matches the store model but doesn’t match our two bases delivered. I would like to know if there is a remedy or explanation. In all fairness it might be me that is confused. Kimberly in the Lewisville location helped me customize a couch. She was very nice, helpful, and explained everything to me well. I am still waiting on shipping, but I can't wait for my couch.
